Knowledgeable staff and very personable!

I had such a positive experience! Kelli is knowledgable, professional, and friendly. I didn't have an appointment, but Kelli took great care of me and was very patient with all my questions. She was respectful with my jewelry and taught me quite a bit about gold. I trust her completely! She also was able to recommend a trustworthy jeweler to do some repair work on a necklace I inherited from my mother. Thank you Kelli!

Walter was great! Everyone was quick efficient and friendly

Saw the positive Google reviews, so I called to ask about their precious-metal buying prices and was immediately impressed by how friendly and transparent Kelli was. She clearly explained the percentages they pay based on the current spot price. When I came in, Kelli was just as enjoyable to speak with while she processed my metals and payment. The entire experience was easy and pleasant, and I will definitely return with other items to sell.

I highly recommend Kelli. She helped me sell my late mother’s sterling silver collection and made the entire process easy, professional, and stress-free. Her knowledge of sterling silver and the market was impressive, and she was transparent, trustworthy, and supportive every step of the way.
